Meet Ashley O
ADHD/Executive Function Parent Coach

Ashley loves working with families navigating ADHD—because she has one! After spending over 15 years as an engineer and project manager, she realized the same skills she used to recognize patterns, build repeatable systems, and lead high-performing teams could be life-changing for families, too. Now, she helps parents get to the root causes of the chaos, untangle the overwhelm, and create systems that actually work for neurodiverse brains. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical—because raising kids with ADHD isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress. And when families shift the lens from “fixing” to “understanding,” real change begins.
Outside of coaching, Ashley is most often found with her three energetic sons and husband. They’re a full-on basketball family who love playing, watching, and talking about the game any chance they get. She’s a super extrovert who thrives on connecting people, building community, and turning even the smallest moment into a party (yes, she’s always the first one on the dance floor!). Joy, movement, and meaningful connection are her secret ingredients for keeping life playful and grounded.
She is a certified parent coach through the Jai Institute for Parenting, with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an M.S. in Management from George Washington University. Before coaching, she spent over a decade leading engineering projects and managing teams large and small. Today, she brings that same strategic mindset to her work with countless families, taking a whole-family approach to ADHD and supporting organizations with education on intentional, strengths-based parenting. As both an ADHD parent and an adult with ADHD, she offers deep understanding—and zero judgment. Her mission is simple: to help families thrive, together.
