Are you drowning as a parent? How you parent plays an important role in the environment of your home. Getting educated on ADHD/ executive function and learning effective strategies is one of the first steps of support. When 1:1 parent coaching is not an option for you, 1:1 parent consultations are a one-time comprehensive session, tailored specifically to your parenting challenges.
An 80-minute parent consultation includes:

Access to parent education course (1.5 hours of relevant content for parents of kids with ADHD/EF challenges)

An assessment and report of your child’s executive functioning challenges

A customized list of recommended parenting strategies

1:1 Parent Coaching
Rates vary by Coach
Parent/s would meet weekly with Coach to unpack parenting challenges and work on parenting goals. Parent coaching packages are offered in 4-session or 12-session packages. A minimum of 12 weeks is recommended.

If you are new to an ADHD diagnosis, or need extra support as you navigate parenting a child or teen with ADHD, this course provides evidence-based comprehensive strategies - that we teach in parent coaching, and student coaching (without the expense of weekly coaching).

This course incorporates approximately 6 months of coaching content in this visually engaging program taught by Jessel Newton. You have lifetime access to it, and can watch it anywhere, anytime. Lessons are in bite-sized chunks - 10 minute lessons for busy and overwhelmed parents. You'll also have access to our coaches in our private FB community group for personalized support. We have raving fans of this course!
