Meet Dr. Gisone
ADHD/ Executive Function Coach

Dr. Gisone is an ADHD specialist who helps adults stop feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and burned out—and start building lives that work for their brains. Her coaching is practical, compassionate, and focused on realistic systems for time management, organization, follow-through and emotional regulation—without shame. Clients describe her as warm, encouraging, funny and deeply empathetic—someone who truly “gets it” and makes change feel possible. She specializes in supporting adults who are juggling careers, relationships, parenting, and big life transitions, including the transition and successful navigation of college and post-graduate pursuits.
Dr. Gisone has lived with her family in Northern Virginia since 2012. Born in Greece and raised in New Jersey, she has also lived in Michigan and New York. When she’s not coaching or managing busy family life with her husband, she’s often shuttling her kids to sports and band, practicing Spanish and Greek, exploring coffee shops with friends, dog sitting, or unwinding with a good movie.
Dr. Gisone earned both her Doctorate and Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Michigan State University, with a subspecialty in children and families. She completed her doctoral internship in cross-cultural psychology in Brooklyn, NY, and received her B.A. degree in Psychology from Rutgers University. Her background includes experience in therapy, individual and parent coaching, psychological assessment, curriculum development, undergraduate teaching, and research. She enjoys supporting families of adult children with complex mental health needs. Her experience and education bring both depth and practicality to her transformative coaching work.
